Due to the delicate nature of our natural and organic based products, being exposed to hot weather for a prolonged period of time may cause some of our products to change in consistency and/or melt (especially body butters).
*Consider priority shipping for body butters during warmer months. A quicker transit time may decrease the probability of your product melting.
If you receive a product that has a thinner consistency or has melted due to the hot weather, place the product in a refrigerated area until it is completely cooled and the consistency is back normal, or the melted butter has solidified.
*Failure to refrigerate body butters after they have melted during transit may result in your butter having a grain like texture once it solidifies at room temperature.
