Shipping and Return Policy

Order Processing Time

Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. (Business days are Monday – Friday, not including weekends or holidays. Orders submitted after 5pm CST will continue processing the next business day).

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If you notice your address is incorrect after completing your purchase, please email us at support@eleven11naturals.com with the correct shipping address before your order is processed. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

If a package is returned to Eleven11 Naturals for incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as any additional delivery cost.  

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once and order has been shipped, Eleven11 Naturals is not responsible for lost packages, or stollen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided on the order. If your package is lost, please contact the carrier for assistance in locating the package. Be sure to have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier, to assist with the investigation.

Damaged or Missing Products

Please inspect the contents of your package upon arrival. We strive to package all orders securely for minimal shifting during the transportation process. If you happen to receive your package and your products are damaged, please email support@eleven11naturals.com for assistance. Please be sure to supplement your email with pictures of the damaged products to support your claims.

In the event you have received an incorrect product, or a product is missing from your order, please contact us at support@eleven11naturals.com for assistance. Please be sure to supplement your email with pictures of the incorrect or missing product (picture of how all other items were packaged without the product that is missing) to support your claims.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
